The world's tallest pair of towers, each having 190 floors and rising 2 400 feet, consisting of 6.5 million square feet of luxury residences, apartments, office, a 5-star hotel and a 7-star hotel. Additionally, the tower will contain retail space, observation decks, cultural venues and below-ground parking facilities.

An 80-floor, 736,000 SF building to be developed in Brickell East section of Miami, on a prime oceanfront site. The 375-room, five-star luxury hotel and the 153 luxury residences will have a magnificent ocean view.
